Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern access to the website, the Radar Leads application, and related features offered by Autonom.ia. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. What the platform provides

Radar Leads is a commercial prospecting platform that may include local-business search, lead qualification, CRM organization, WhatsApp Inbox, campaigns, automation, connection management, webhooks, and AI-assisted workflows depending on the contracted scope and enabled features.

3. Account, company, and access responsibility

  • You must provide accurate account and company information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for account credentials, user invitations, and permissions granted inside your workspace.
  • You must ensure that internal users act within your company policy and applicable law.

4. Permitted use

The platform may only be used for lawful commercial operations. You may not misuse the service for fraud, unauthorized access, abusive automation, illegal prospecting, circumvention of technical limits, or any activity that violates third-party platform rules.

5. Integrations and third parties

Some features depend on external providers such as Google data sources, WhatsApp infrastructure, email services, and AI or automation providers. You remain responsible for complying with the policies, terms, and legal requirements that apply to those integrations.

6. Plans, billing, and limits

Pricing, included features, usage allowances, and add-ons are presented on official pages or inside the product. Availability of modules or operational depth may vary by plan. Non-payment, chargeback, fraud risk, or breach of these Terms may lead to suspension or restriction of access.

7. Data and privacy

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that the data you place in the platform is collected and used lawfully.

8. Intellectual property

Autonom.ia and its licensors own the intellectual property related to the website, application, visual assets, software, workflows, and supporting materials. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service during the contracted period.

9. Availability and support

We use reasonable efforts to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance windows, third-party failures, infrastructure incidents, and integration issues may affect availability.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access in cases such as contractual breach, misuse, security risk, non-payment, fraud, or legal requirement. You may also request account closure, subject to retention duties and technical or legal constraints.

11. Liability limits

To the extent permitted by Brazilian law, Autonom.ia is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of business opportunity, or damages caused by external providers, user misuse, or failure to follow security or integration requirements.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. For non-consumer disputes, the venue is Belo Horizonte/MG, Brazil, unless a mandatory rule determines otherwise.
